While we were still in Utah we took the kids to the childrens' museum in Ogden to celebrate Mila and Siena's 2nd birthday. We did the same thing when Tiago turned 2, and at the time we thought he was so big. Things definitely get easier with age.
Luckily my mom was there to help me chase after the kids. They bounced from one room to another, and had constant entertainment for a couple of hours. Horses, a schoolroom, medieval castles, restaurants, musical instruments, etc. I wish you could pay a lower admission price to get in to just one area--there's enough there to entertain kids for a week.
When we got to the dress-up clothes, Mila grabbed the military uniform and kept saying, "Papa's clothes." We do, in fact, have about a dozen of those uniforms at home. (Unfortunately, it's the 'old' uniform, and no good to us anymore.)
Eventually we bribed the kids out of the museum and heavily sanitized their hands. We'll be back when another sibling turns 2!
